Flare Jeans and Chanel inspired tweed top!

Hello dear readers!

How are you? The day before yesterday (non working day in Bulgaria), I wanted to dress in a more hippy style so I dag up my old flare jeans and put my new tweed top from Zara! I felt like in the 70's all day long, even if I was not born at that time haha!
Do you like the outfit?

Have a very nice week!

Bulgarian wonders of nature - part2

Hello sweet readers!

How are you? What are you doing this weekend? Me I'm staying at home for now,  I'm a little sick and I want to get in shape for next week-end because I'm going to Paris!
But for now as promised, I'm telling you the second part of my last week-end.

So this post is mostly dedicated to the region of Veliko Tarnovo.

Veliko Tarnovo is the ancient capital of Bulgaria (before Sofia), it is situated is the middle of the country. It has a charm no other city in the country has. If you stay in Bulgaria for more than a week, you must visit it!

We had lunch in a super restaurant called Shtastliveca with a incredible view as you can see in the photos, I deeply recommend it but you must have a reservation!
In this region,
- We went to a monastery, Preobrajenski (transfiguration), very interesting for its colorful paintings, its view and the 'circle of life painting'...
- Then we went to the Hotnishki waterfalls, very cool place especially if you like climbing ;)

To finish, on our way back to Sofia, less than 100km in the region of Yablanitsa, we went the Glojenski monastery, dating 1224, it is very spectacular, on the verge of the terrifying... Perched in the middle of the mountain, we reach it by a single-lane road, we had the impression to be in a movie...

Hope you'll like my post and wish you all a perfect week-end!

Little yellow dress

Hello Sweet readers!

How are you?  I hope you had all a well spent week-end! :)
Mine was pretty cool: I went to Koprivtchitsa on Saturday, a beautiful village with authentic colorful houses from the Bulgarian Renaissance period (You can check pictures in my facebook page) and on Sunday, I had a walk in the center of Sofia and I also "opened" the icecream season from my favorite "100 grama sladki" shop situated on Shishman street.

It was the occasion to wear my brand new little yellow dress from Zara. I bought it for less than 25euros, what do you think?

Have a very nice shining week sweeties!

Varosha

Hello sweet readers!

How are you? As as I told you in my last post, I went to visit the city of Blagoevgrad two weeks ago. It is quite near Sofia, 1hour by car and the weather is better as it is situated in southern Bulgaria.
I liked a small district called Varosha. It dates 17th century and has beautiful houses in the typical Renaissance Bulgarian style. It has also a beautiful church called Virgin Mary built in 1844, its architecture is really interesting.
To my mind, if you happen to be going trough Blagoevgrad, for example if you go to the Rila monastery (it is very close to Blagoevgrad) you may stop to visit it.

I hope you like my outfit with my brand new Zara bag,  similar to the Celine trotteur for only 35euros and it is partly in leather ! ;)

Have a beautiful week sweeties!

Jardin du Palais-Royal

Hello dear readers !

How are you ? Two weeks ago I went to Paris, you know it was Paris fashion week !
To be honest, I wanted to make the shooting at the colonnes de Buren but the entry was closed because of a Fashion show, so we changed the plans and shooted at the cute Palais-Royal garden. It is a very intimate place, very charming even more in a typical rainy Paris day ;)
I’m wearing a midi plissé skirt from Zara’s winter sales, high heeled pumps and one of my favorite coats which is from Antik Batik (I have the coat since 2009 and it is really good quality) and a vintage clutch who belonged to my grand ma' !

Hope you like my outfit!

Many kisses and hugs

PS: Special thanks to my very good friend Sneji for the pics!

Christmas market in Sofia!

Hello sweet readers!

How are you? Christmas is in exactly 4 days and I just can't wait for it! Christmas night, the family reunited, the Bulgarian traditional dinner and the gifts of course :p And you? Do you like Christmas time? Personally, I hate the cold but I love December Christmas spirit!

I think there is something very special in this period, pretty shining decorations and lights everywhere, I also love Christmas markets and everyone is in a party mood, what better than all that?! As someone who lives in Sofia for my first winter, I discovered the German Christmas market in Sofia. Actually, the market is very small compared to Christmas markets I've seen in Paris, Strasbourg, Germany or Vienna but you can find almost every typical stall!
It is situated in the park near the National Theatre. I spent barely 20 minutes browsing the stalls but it was absolutely sufficient considering the cold outside!
I bought two very nice handmade decorations for my Christmas tree! I hope that this market will be bigger next year!

I wish you all an enchanting week!
