Jardin du Palais-Royal

Hello dear readers !

How are you ? Two weeks ago I went to Paris, you know it was Paris fashion week !
To be honest, I wanted to make the shooting at the colonnes de Buren but the entry was closed because of a Fashion show, so we changed the plans and shooted at the cute Palais-Royal garden. It is a very intimate place, very charming even more in a typical rainy Paris day ;)
I’m wearing a midi plissé skirt from Zara’s winter sales, high heeled pumps and one of my favorite coats which is from Antik Batik (I have the coat since 2009 and it is really good quality) and a vintage clutch who belonged to my grand ma' !

Hope you like my outfit!

Many kisses and hugs

Teodora

PS: Special thanks to my very good friend Sneji for the pics!

Chilling in my Midi Culottes pants for a Late aperitif at Sense Roof top Bar!

Hello dear readers!!

How are you?
Yesterday, I went to one of my favorite places in Sofia: Hotel Sense, a 5* boutique hotel with a beautiful view at the roof top bar! I think it's the perfect place to have drinks before or after dinner, or to have dinner, but I haven't tried the restaurant yet!
I wanted to be elegant, "m'endimancher" as we say in French :)
So I put my brand new Zara culottes pants with a shiny shirt and classic pumps.
To be honest, I really hesitated a lot before buying those pants, I wasn't sure if they were going to fit me well, because you know, I'm not very tall, nor I knew how to combine them... But at the end, I like the effect, and you? Would you wear this type of pants?

I wish you all a wonderful week full of joy and sunny moments!

Xoxo

Total look Nude in Notting Hill!

Hello sweet readers!

How are you? Hope you had a great week-end!
Last week, I turned 27 and for the occasion we went to London with my fiancé for a couple of days!

Our hotel was situated very close to Hyde Park in the romantic district of Notting Hill! It's totally a place I would live in!

London is a megalopolis with more than 12millions inhabitants, it's one of the most powerful cities in the world with deep rooted traditions. The city is very clean, the buses are all red and double-deckered, the cabs black, phone boxes red: you walk in an architectural harmony! Londoners strongly respect all that History left them and they make it continues! They are calm, friendly and positive: I really loved Londoners mentality!
I will write an article about the London's trip very soon with more details!

During our stay we had a very nice weather and it didn't rain a drop so that I could wear light blankety dresses :)

Wish you all a  lovely week!

Black and white

Hello dear readers!

Yesterday night I went to the opera, one of my favourite cultural events!
I saw the  Pearls fishers by Georges Bizet.
Opera lovers, you can get more information here.

On Friday morning, I listened to the famous Michael Jackson song "Black or White" and while I got ready to go out and did not know what to put, I said to myself, instead of black or white, why not wear black and white.

So I took my long black jumpsuit and a white blazer and it was done!
Simple, classy, perfect for the opera night!

I hope you will like my black and white combination.

Have a lovely funny weekend everyone!

Opera night!

Hello everyone!

Yesterday night, with my fiancé, we went to the Opera to see Rigoletto, by the genius Guiseppe Verdi. It was absolutely amazing, the place was packed full!

For more information about this opera, check the Art and Culture page: http://mysilentheels.blogspot.com/p/art-and-culture.html It's worth it!

For this occasion I wore my new Sandro dress. I just love this dress, and you?

Have a great Sunday!

Central Mineral Baths

Hello everyone!

Today I've decided to tell you about a place I rediscovered recently: the Central Mineral Baths in Sofia.

When it comes to mineral waters, few countries in the world can be compared to Bulgaria.
Indeed, it boasts well over 200 mineral springs all over the country and one of the most attractive is in  the capital’s centre: the Central Mineral Baths.
It's situated right between Banya Bashi Mosque, the Sofia Synagogue, the Catholic Cathedral of St. Joseph and St. Nedelya Orthodox Church. This religious crossroads is a common rest stop for all those who have set out on a pilgrimage around Sofia’s most remarkable cultural and spiritual landmarks.

Public Baths have existed in Sofia at least as early as the 16th century.
The current Central Mineral Baths building was designed in the Vienna Secession style, but integrating typically Bulgarian, Byzantine and Eastern Orthodox ornamental elements. It worked as the city's public baths from 1913 until 1986. The baths were abandoned for a long time.

Then, they were subsequently partially reconstructed and thoroughly cleaned.
After this restoration, the baths host now the Museum of Sofia's History and is planned to be a Spa centre part also.

There is right now a paper art exhibition which I recommend to you!

For this shooting, I'm showing you my brand new Zara ripped jeans. I like this jeans because they are neither too light nor too much darkened but just the perfect blue to me!
I didn’t mean to be extravagant, so I mixed the jeans with a simple black shirt and pumps.

Hope you like this post and my outfit!

Have a beautiful day!
